Check capital letters and spaces. A phone keyboard that capitalises the first letter automatically is a frequent cause. A password pasted with a trailing space also fails.

What you need for the BPExch login
- A BetPro ID. This is the username. It is issued through WhatsApp by the BetPro100 team, so you do not fill in a sign-up form. If you do not have one, go to how to get your BetPro ID.
- Your password. It goes with the ID.
- The correct address. Type it yourself or open it from a source you trust. Names like BPExch are searched by many people, which is why copy sites exist. A site that looks right but asks for payment before login is not the exchange.

The account is locked after many attempts
Several wrong attempts in a row can lock an account. Stop trying and message the team on WhatsApp with your ID. They can tell you what to do next.
The site opens but will not load markets
This is usually the connection. Try mobile data instead of Wi-Fi, or the other way round. If one network works and the other does not, the account is fine.
You cannot find the login address

Why the names differ
